Strum Fun with Ukelelezaza

Music is all about expression. In the two workshops Zaza is teaching at Sweet Tree he will demonstrate several techniques that take your playing to a higher level of emotion - or that are simply a whole lotta fun to do (fun is an emotion too!). You will learn to add color to your music with strums and dynamics that are easy and efficient, and some that require a bit more practise, like his own invention The Peacock. All techniques work on all ukulele sizes and styles (soprano, banjolele, baritone etc).

Workshop I (11-12) is suitable for (confident) beginners, workshop II (2- 3:30) for uke players with a bit more experience. Some techniques will be featured in both workshops, as Zaza believes every uke player should have those tricks up their sleeve. Aloha!

Workshop I - $25 11am-12pm
Workshop II - $35 1:30pm-3pm

There will be a concert that evening at Odd Alewives in Waldoboro. follow this link to get your tickets as a limited number are being sold.
